Before you order.
What is the minimum order?
Minimum order is a 20-foot container. Small Bales are not sold individually. They are sold by the container, the same as Big Bales.
Do you export internationally?
Yes. Our bales reach markets in more than 10 countries across multiple continents. Ask for a quote and we will include logistics options for your destination.
Can I visit before buying?
Please do. We invite every buyer to see the sorting floor and the bales in person. We are open Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
What exactly comes in a bale?
Each bale contains clothing in the grade you choose (A, B, or C), with quality varying by grade. The quantity of garments will depend on the types of items included, as bale size and piece count can vary. Every bale is checked for quality before it leaves our facility.
How is pricing set?
By category, grade and volume. Request a quote with what you need and we will respond with current pricing and availability.
Where does the clothing come from?
Gently used clothing recovered in partnership with institutions, keeping textiles out of landfills and giving them a second life in new markets.
