What we do

Fashion from the past,
style of the future.

We give new life to used clothing in good condition. Working with institutions to keep textiles out of landfills and delivering them to markets and communities worldwide.

Our process

Step 01

Receive

Truckloads of gently used clothing arrive at our free-zone warehouse in Santo Domingo Este. Recovered in partnership with institutions so textiles never reach a landfill.

Step 02

Sort

Our team carefully sorts every garment by hand into more than 200 distinct product categories, ensuring each item is directed to the right market.

Step 03

Grade

Each piece is graded into different quality levels tailored to the needs of different markets. Every garment then undergoes a final quality check before it is approved for baling.

Step 04

Bale & export

Garments are compressed into bales, securely strapped, and staged for export. Every bale is prepared to deliver consistent quality across the markets we serve.

Quality grades

Three grades. One standard.

Every market is different. So each of our 200+ categories is offered in three grades, and no bale ships without a final check.

Grade A

Top condition

Little to no visible wear. The premium pick for boutiques and quality-first resale markets.

Grade B

Good, wearable condition

Light signs of use at a working price. A dependable grade for everyday retail.

Grade C

Value grade

For high-volume, price-driven markets where every garment still finds a new owner.
